Below are some features that will make your stay on our site a little more enjoyable.

Jump to Content and Jump to Menu Links

You can use the Jump to Content link on the top of each page to go directly to the main content of that page. Also you can the Jump to Menu link on the top of each page to go directly to the page menu.

Re-Sizing Text

• In Internet Explorer 7 use: CTRL + Mouse Wheel or (Page > Text Size)
• In Internet Explorer 6 use: CTRL + Mouse wheel or (Tools > Internet Options > View > Text Size)
• In Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape use: CTRL +/- or (Tools > Options > View > Text Size)
• In Opera 9.0 use: CTRL ++ or (View > Zoom)

Headers

Users that have recent versions of screen readers can navigate through top level headers using the following keystrokes:

• H to cycle forwards through the headings
• Shift + H to cycle backwards through the headings
• 1 to navigate to the next level 1 heading (or a number between 1 and 6 to navigate to the next heading on this level)
• Shift + 1 to navigate to the previous level 1 heading (or a number between 1 and 6 to navigate to the previous heading on this level)
• INSERT + F6 to provide a list of all headings

Users that have Opera can also use the following keys to navigate though top level headers:

• S to cycle forward though the headings
• W to cycle backward through the headings

Acronyms

Throughout our site you may see acronyms. To better help you understand what they mean, we have placed a dotted line underneath them. If you put your mouse pointer over an acronym, it will change to a "Help" cursor and text tip meaning of the acronym will appear.

Forms

You can use the TAB key on your keyboard to logically go from one form element to another. We also provide a light yellow background color when you hover over a form element.
